Floating hose for main line
Inner rubber: Smooth, crude oil resistant synthetic rubber
Reinforcement: Multiple layers of high-strength cord. One embedded spiral main steel wire.
Outer rubber for inner tube: Black synthetic rubber Smooth oil resistant rubber.
Floating material: PE closed cell foam.
Outer layer: Smooth black synthetic rubber, resistant to abrasion, oil, seawater and sunlight. Spiral orange band on the surface.
Flange joint: ASME B 16.5 150 lb or 300 lb welding neck flat or convex as required.
Products are available in single carcass and double carcass Tests: All tests performed according to GMPHOM 2009 standard or special requirements of customers.
Application: Offshore floating oil hose is designed for transporting crude oil and liquid petroleum products between loading and unloading vessels in offshore mooring systems.
Features: 1. Separate PE foam layer to prevent water absorption. 2. Outer rubber layer has excellent wear resistance, UV, aging and corrosive environment. 3. Easy installation and low maintenance. 4. Steel flanges are available. 5. Rated working pressure
